The rides take place outside normal skiing times in the skiing area of Superdévoluy and la Joue du Loup.

The rides always take place under the supervision of our guides and they are in complete charge of the group.

You must wear suitable clothing to protect you from the cold – children are especially sensitive to the cold.

Before you are allowed to drive :

Helmets to fit all sizes will be provided and these must be worn throughout the ride.

We will give you a 5 to 10 minutes explanation of how the bikes work and will also explain safety rules:

  1. The driver and passenger must be sober and not under the influence of drink or drugs.
  2. The driver and passenger must treat other drivers - and also the equipment they hire - with respect.
  3. Drivers must keep a distance of at least 15 metres between each snow-bike.
  4. Drivers must always follow the guide’s tracks: there must be no overtaking, slalom or diverting from the guide’s tracks.

With the greatest concern for safety, SCOOT AVENTURE reserves the right to refuse to hire a snow-bike to any person it judges to be unable to drive it.

If an accident happens to the equipment during a ride, due to a flagrant breach of safety rules, the driver will be liable for any damage sustained.

Do not forget, safety is everyone’s concern!
